Shipping policy

My aim is to despatch all purchased items within 3 days of the completed transaction.

This may not be possible during: public holidays, postal strikes, illness or vacation time. However, you will be contacted in these events and advised when despatch will take place. You are within your rights to cancel the order, if the timeline does not meet your requirements.

Although every effort will be given to ensure all shipped items are packaged to protect the contents; I am not responsible for the actions of third party shipping companies, and their treatment of parcels in their care. Photos will be required should the contents of any shipped parcel arrive damaged.
